I have had over 17 years experience in cake decorating, I worked at a cake shop in Cheltenham for five years and set up my own business, WOW Cakes, in 2005.

I have won Gold awards at major sugarcraft competitions for my Sugarpaste cakes, Royal Iced cakes, Chocolate cakes and Rich Fruit Cake. I was lucky enough to be invited to display a cake on the Table of Honour at the last International Sugarcraft Exhibition held by the British Sugarcraft Guild.

I have had Wedding Cakes featured in 'Wedding Cakes A Design Source' magazine and I have written articles for 'Cakes and Sugarcraft' magazine published by Squires Kitchen.
